Many full-service and flexible fares

Many airlines let you rebook the same flight at the lower fare and receive the difference, usually as travel credit.

Credit only

Some flexible and mid fares

The airline can give the difference as a voucher or credit after a change fee. We show the drop only when it beats that fee.

Not repriceable

Most no-frills tickets

Low-cost and basic economy fares usually cannot be claimed.

  • You make the claim with the airline yourself. We never log in to your airline account.
  • The airline decides how to pay the difference, and most give travel credit. Exit Row does not pay it.
  • Members get alerts when the same flights drop by at least A$20 or 10%, after any change fee.
