Terms
Draft. This page has not been reviewed by a lawyer yet and will be finalised before billing opens.
1. Who we are
Exit Row (flyexitrow.com) is a flight deal membership run by Exit Row, 1000 Rue De la Gauchetière O, Montréal, QC H3B 4W5, Canada ("we", "us"). "You" means a member, a trial member or someone on our free list. Questions: hello@flyexitrow.com.
2. What Exit Row does, and what it doesn't
- We search flight fares from the cities you choose and email you when we find one well below that route's usual price.
- We don't sell flights. You book directly with an airline or booking site, under their terms, and pay them. Your contract for the flight is with them, not with us.
- Fares change and sell out, sometimes within minutes, including between our check and your booking. We only send fares we've checked as bookable, but we can't promise any fare will still be there when you click.
- Prices we show are for one adult, in the currency shown, with taxes and carrier fees included where our source includes them. Bags, seats and payment fees can be extra.
- Other information we show, such as what a destination costs once you land, eSIM prices and visa notes, is a guide gathered from public sources with the date we checked. Always confirm with the provider or the official source.
3. The free list
The free list costs nothing. It sends a few deals a week, usually after members have had them, plus news about Exit Row. You can unsubscribe from any email in one click.
4. Membership, trial and price
- There is one paid membership, billed yearly. There is no monthly plan. A 2-year option is offered at checkout and at renewal.
- New members get a 14-day free trial (30 days if you join through a member's link). A payment method is needed to start it. Cancel before it ends and you're never charged.
- The price is shown before you start the trial and in your currency. The launch price applies to anyone who starts a trial by the date shown on the site (31 December 2026 in Australia) and stays for as long as your membership continues without a break. After that date, new members pay the standard price.
- We email you 2 days before your trial ends, and 14 and 3 days before each renewal, with the date and the amount.
- Your membership renews each year at your price until you cancel.
- Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our reseller and merchant of record, which handles billing, receipts, tax and refunds. Paddle's buyer terms also apply to your payment.
5. Cancelling
Cancel at any time from your account in two clicks: no phone call, no chat. You keep your deals until the end of the period you've paid for, and we don't charge you again. If you cancel, we may offer you a lower price to stay or to come back; accepting it is optional and never a condition of cancelling. See refunds and cancelling.
6. Refunds
- Any charge, first year or renewal, can be refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of it, for any reason.
- In the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland you also have a legal right to withdraw within 14 days of joining or renewing, without giving a reason. Use the withdrawal form.
- Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Banks usually take 3 to 10 business days to show them.
7. The savings promise
If the deals we send don't save you the amount shown at sign-up (A$300 in Australia) on flights in your first membership year, we refund your first year. The promise in full.
8. Fare Watch
Members can forward bookings for flights they've already bought. We check the price of the same flights until departure and, if it drops on a fare that can be changed, tell you how to claim the difference from the airline. The airline decides whether and how to pay it, usually as travel credit. Exit Row doesn't pay fare differences and doesn't make claims for you. Some fares can't be changed, and we tell you when that applies.
9. Referrals
- Members get a personal link. Someone who joins through it gets a 30-day trial instead of 14 days.
- When they become a paying member and their 14-day refund window has passed, we add 3 months to your membership, up to 12 months in any 12 months.
- Referring yourself, using more than one account, or posting your link where it breaks a platform's rules doesn't count, and we may remove credit earned that way. Credit has no cash value.
10. Affiliate links
Some links on our site and in our emails are affiliate links: if you book through them, the provider may pay us a commission. It never changes what you pay, and it never decides which deals we send. How we make money.
11. Fair use
Deals are for your personal use. Please don't republish, resell or automatically collect them. We may end a membership used that way and refund the unused part.
12. Our responsibility
We work hard to send accurate deals, but fares and third-party information are outside our control. To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for losses from a fare changing, a booking site's or airline's actions, or information we show from third parties. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other consumer laws that can't be excluded.
13. Changes
If we change these terms in a way that matters to you, we email you at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Price changes never apply before your next renewal, and you can cancel before they do.
14. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If you live in the EU, EEA or UK, you also keep the protection of the consumer laws where you live.
