If you live in the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland, you can withdraw from your Exit Row membership within 14 days of joining or renewing, without giving a reason, and get a full refund. You don't need to be signed in.

Prefer email? Write to us from the address on your membership with "I withdraw from my Exit Row membership" and the date. Refunds go back to the card you paid with; banks take 3 to 10 business days to show them.
